What we're looking for
Pure Core is acquiring land and buildings with power, across Europe. We start in the Nordics, where our team has worked out of Northern Norway for three years, and we look at a site wherever the land and the power line up. Closed mills and factories, warehouses, plots in industrial zones and land held by a municipality or an industrial park all fit.
How we work with brokers and advisors
Tell us how you're linked to the site: you act for the owner, for a developer or for a municipality, or you hold a mandate of your own. Your client's name can stay out of the first message. If your client wants an NDA before any detail goes out, write to sites@purecore.ai first.
Our team reads what you send. We don't send automatic confirmations, so a reply means someone has read it. Send what you already have, in whatever shape it's in. Where the site is, what's on it and what you know about the power connection is enough to start, and a teaser helps if you have one.
What we mean by a site with power
It depends on the operator. In the Nordics the grid operator decides who gets capacity and publishes part of it, and the same two words can describe a plot near a substation or a connection agreed for a known size and date. Which page fits your case
Brokers usually know which of these fits: former industrial sites, land with a grid connection, municipal and industrial park land, or a position on the grid, which we cover under grid connection capacity. If yours fits none of them, send it anyway.
Questions we get
Do I have to name my client?
No. Say how you're linked to the site and send what you have. The name can stay out of it.
Do you work with advisors who aren't brokers?
Yes. Consultants, advisors and other intermediaries write to us too, and we read their messages the same way.
Can I send a site outside the Nordics?
Yes. We look across Europe, and most of our work is in the Nordics.
Can we put an NDA in place first?
If your client would like one before details go out, write to sites@purecore.ai before you send anything else.
