Investment Overview

Pure Core is an energy-first data center operator: contracted Nordic power and grid rights, monetized through long-dated AI colocation contracts.

Our pipeline targets ~100 MW by 2028, with first colocation capacity targeted Q1 2027 on a grid-signed Nordic site. We operate at the intersection of three structural trends: AI compute demand, European grid scarcity, and institutional capital shifting toward operators with verified power.

Structure Energy-first operator: power, infrastructure, colocation
Geography Nordics. Renewable hydro, cold-climate operations
Revenue Long-dated colocation contracts, grid flexibility services
Timeline ~100 MW Nordic platform by 2028
