Municipalities and industrial parks

If your municipality or industrial park holds land with power, or land close to a connection, we'd like to hear about it. We work with local authorities from the first conversation.

Who this is for

Planning and economic development teams, municipally owned companies, industrial park operators, and the agencies that handle land on their behalf.

What we do on public land

We're acquiring land with power, and developing it. When the land is held or planned by a municipality, the municipality's own plan is where the conversation starts: where the land sits in that plan, what the plan allows, and what would have to change for a large building. We go through that with the municipality in the open, and our teams handle the paperwork with the authorities.

What we're after, and what we're not

We're acquiring capacity: land and buildings connected to the grid, or close to a connection. We don't ask a municipality to promise anything on planning or permits. Those are its own decisions to take.

Industrial parks

A park with heavy lines, a substation or industrial zoning already in place is the clearest fit. If the park holds grid information of its own, send it as it is.

How the conversation starts

Tell us where the land is and what you know about the line or the substation nearby. A few lines are enough. If you'd like an NDA first, or the municipality needs a formal request on paper, write to sites@purecore.ai. To see how we read the grid side of a site, start with powered land in the Nordics.

Questions we get

Does the land have to be zoned for industry already?

Not always. We read the zoning plan early and work with the municipality when something needs to change.

Can an economic development agency write for the municipality?

Yes. Say who you act for and send what you have.

Do you only work with Nordic municipalities?

Our work is concentrated in the Nordics. Sites elsewhere in Europe are welcome too.

Who will we be dealing with?

Our own team, led by founders who have spent years building and running energy-intensive sites. You can read more about our team and background.
